Inpatient Treatment
Our Mood & Anxiety program provides a deeper understanding of mood and anxiety disorders while additionally exploring management methods for behaviour and thoughts. Based on the CBT model, individuals will attend group therapy sessions and assigned homework.
To access this program individuals will need a referral to a Psychiatrist with admission rights to our hospital.
Day Programs
Introduction to Mood and Anxiety program
This program helps you to understand and change unhelpful thinking that may be negatively affecting your day-to-day life. CBT deals with the ‘here and now’ - how your current thoughts and behaviour affects you, now.
Depression Management Masterclass
After you complete the Introduction to Mood and Anxiety Program you can further your development with the Depression Management Masterclass. You will practice CBT and will be taught how to assertively address symptoms of depression in their everyday lives, through targeted skills development and a homework program.
Anxiety Management Masterclass
After you complete the Introduction to Mood and Anxiety Program you can further your development with the Anxiety Management Masterclass. You will practice CBT skills, both in sessions and with homework exercises, to regularly start using these skills in everyday life.
Healthy Minds
If you are recovering from anxiety this program is designed to offer you holistic support in your recovery. You will gain skills and strategies to manage your recovery, to flourish and stay well.
Repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (rTMS)
Repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (rTMS) is a proven treatment for depression and possibly other psychiatric disorders. Studies have clearly shown that rTMS is an effective treatment for patients with depression.
