Inpatient Programs
Mood & Anxiety
This program is based upon the Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) model. Individuals will attend group therapy, complete homework and assist you to learn about your own thoughts, feelings and behaviour patterns.
To access this program individuals will need a referral to a Psychiatrist with admission rights to our hospital.
Day Programs
Introduction to Mood and Anxiety Program
This program helps you to understand and change unhelpful thinking that may be negatively affecting your day-to-day life. CBT deals with the ‘here and now’ - how your current thoughts and behaviour affects you, now.
Depression Management Masterclass
After you complete the Introduction to Mood and Anxiety Program you can further your development with the Depression Management Masterclass. You will practice CBT skills, both in sessions and with homework exercises, to regularly start using these skills in everyday life.
Anxiety Management Masterclass
This program provides individuals proven Cognitive Behavioural Therapy processes. Individuals will develop an understanding of their fear responses, how anxiety affects daily life and how to challenge negative thoughts that maintain their symptoms of anxiety.
Repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (rTMS)
Repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (rTMS) is a proven treatment for depression and possibly other psychiatric disorders. Studies have clearly shown that rTMS is an effective treatment for patients with depression.
Creative Therapies
This half-day group program is designed to provide a way to express oneself through a range of different art activities and mediums. Creative Therapies engages a range of senses rather than relying solely on talking therapies. Art therapy can lead to enhanced well-being and increased self-awareness as well as discovering new perspectives and improve problem solving.
