Professional background
I am a provisional psychologist currently finishing my clinical training, with experience in inpatient and outpatient settings across both individual and group therapy. My work spans a range of presentations, including stress, anxiety and mood disorders, low self-esteem, eating disorders and body image concerns, interpersonal difficulties, grief and loss, trauma, personality disorders, neurodiversity, identity struggles, and major life transitions.
My therapeutic practice integrates a range of evidence-based modalities tailored to the client’s unique needs, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I also integrate principles from Psychodynamic Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Schema Therapy, and mindfulness.
I’m committed to reducing the stigma around mental health and foster a space where you can feel safe to explore your experiences without judgment. I believe meaningful change comes from self-understanding, and I see my role as supporting you in accessing your own insight, strengths, and resources to build a life that you value.
Outside of work, you’ll often find me hiking or running, catching a beach sunrise, planning my next trip, or attempting to learn Spanish.
