Professional background
I am a registered psychologist with a Masters in Clinical Psychology and have experience in inpatient and outpatient settings across both individual and group therapy. My work spans a range of presentations, including trauma, personality disorders, eating disorders and body image, stress, anxiety and mood disorders, relationship troubles, grief and loss, neurodiversity, self-esteem, identity struggles and major life transitions.
My therapeutic approach integrates a range of evidence-based practices tailored to the client’s needs and preferences, including Schema therapy, EMDR, Psychodynamic psychotherapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), CBT for eating disorders (CBT-E), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
I’m committed to reducing the stigma around mental health and foster a space where you can safely explore your experiences without judgment. I believe meaningful change comes from self-understanding, and I see my role as supporting you in accessing your own insight, strengths, and resources to build a life that you value.
Outside of work, you’ll often find me hiking or running, catching a beach sunrise, drinking coffee in good company, or attempting to learn Spanish.
