Professional background

I am a Clinical Psychology Registrar with experience supporting adults across both inpatient and outpatient settings, in individual and group therapy contexts. My work spans a range of presentations, including mood and anxiety disorders, personality disorders, PTSD, and occupational trauma.

With a background in both research and practice within online peer support communities for alcohol use and ongoing work in face-to-face group therapy. I hold a deep respect for the wisdom of lived experience and the transformative power of group connection. Whether in group or individual therapy, my approach is grounded in the belief that each person carries an innate, intuitive sense of what’s right for them. I see therapy as a collaborative space where I support you in reconnecting with yourself, while drawing on my clinical expertise to guide the process.

My therapeutic practice integrates a range of evidence-based modalities, including Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).

Outside of work, you'll often find me in nature, at a yoga studio, or on horseback.
