The PTSD Phase 2 Hybrid Group Program is a four week trauma-focused therapy delivered through a hybrid model. The hybrid model incorporates both individual and group sessions facilitated by trained trauma-informed psychologists. The program blends the evidence-based modalities of Prolonged Imaginal Exposure and Cognitive Processing Therapy and is considered best practice in the trauma field.
Throughout the program participants will attend both group and individual therapy sessions. The program is led by a team of qualified psychologists who support participants to engage in trauma-intensive therapy over the course of their inpatient staff. The course centres around gold standard trauma therapies to target core symptoms of PTSD and improve the quality of life for people who live with Post traumatic Stress Disorder.
