Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) Inpatient Program
The 12 session program aims to promote acceptance of what is out of one’s personal control while still committing to actions that improve their life and make it more meaningful. The ACT Program is based upon the evidenced based model of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. The groups focus on psychoeducation and psychological skills to assist patients learn about and cope with their own thoughts, feelings and behaviour patterns.
This 12-session program is based on the principles of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (or CBT) and is designed to teach you proven strategies for managing stress, looking after yourself, and tackling your problems to improve the way you feel. It will show you how to work with your thoughts, emotions, and behaviours so you can make a positive change and reduce the levels of stress in your life.

This foundational three-week group therapy program provides psychoeducation on PTSD to allow patients to develop insight into the nature of PTSD as well as implement skills to effectively manage their PTSD symptoms. This program may also provide a steppingstone to more intensive trauma processing intervention.

The PTSD Phase 2 Hybrid Group Program is a four week trauma-focused therapy delivered through a hybrid model. The hybrid model incorporates both individual and group sessions facilitated by trained trauma-informed psychologists. The program blends the evidence-based modalities of Prolonged Imaginal Exposure and Cognitive Processing Therapy and is considered best practice in the trauma field.
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy Masterclass Day Program
This 24-session advanced half day program is based on the principles of Acceptance & Commitment Therapy and aims to promote self compassion, acceptance of emotions and thoughts as well as strengthening the ability to commit to values guided actions. It builds on skills in the introductory program and details how to apply ACT skills to a range of issues such as sleep, grief, relationships, procrastination, anxiety and depression.
This full-day group program aims to provide support to patients who engage in disordered patterns of eating when distressed. It also seeks to address body image and self-worth to help participants develop a healthy relationship with food. This program incorporates strategies from CBT-E, DBT and ACT.
This 12-session half day program is designed to provide a way to express oneself through different art activities and mediums. Creative Therapies engages a range of sense rather than relying solely on talking therapies. Art therapy can lead to enhanced well-being and increased self-awareness as well as discovering new perspectives and improve problem solving.
This half-day group program is designed to offer strategies that address the specific symptoms of ADHD in conjunction with other medication strategies. This skills-based group will support participants to make adjustments to their lives to improve their capacity to live with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)
This semi-open program aims to assist patients to lift their mood through targeting maladaptive thought processes, unhelpful behaviours and replacing these with more helpful strategies. Using the model of CBT, participants are taught how to assertively address symptoms of depression in their everyday lives, through targeted skills development and a homework program.
This 6-session half day program is based on the principles of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (or CBT-i) and is designed to teach you proven strategies to assist with sleep difficulties. This may include difficulty getting to sleep, staying asleep, early wakening, nightmares or daytime fatigue.
This open program provides a structured application of proven CBT therapy processes. Participants will develop an understanding of their fear response and examine ways that anxiety affects daily life. Participants will be taught how to challenge the negative thoughts that maintain their symptoms of anxiety and engage in behavioural tasks to manage problematic avoidance.
This is a 12-session day program designed to provide a safe treatment setting for participants to process the impacts of their trauma. Sessions utilise Cognitive Processing Therapy to evaluate the effect of the trauma on belief systems and create change by challenging negative thoughts and unhelpful behaviours.

Introduction to Mood and Anxiety Disorders Day Program
This 8-week program is is based on the principles of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (or CBT) and designed for people who want to identify, understand, and change unhelpful patterns of thinking which may be negatively affecting their day-to-day lives. It deals with how your current thoughts and behaviours affect you and helps you to create a plan for moving forward with your recovery.

The program is based on the Cognitive Behavioural Model of Addiction with an understanding that deeper issues such as depression, anxiety and trauma can fuel addictive behaviours. This program is therefore designed to treat both addiction and some of the common underlying disorders. Other therapies including Dialectical and Behavioural Therapy Compassion Focused Therapy are also incorporated. This half-day program runs weekly over 24 weeks.
This is an 8-session day program designed to provide a safe treatment setting for participants who have been affected by past experiences of trauma. Group sessions focus on teaching and implementing skills and techniques to help participants manage the symptoms of trauma and understand its impact on oneself in preparation for further intensive trauma work.
